The aim of the camp is to develop young players in rugby skills development & understanding, strength and conditioning, rugby ethos & values, helping the players prepare for the start of the league season.

Each session will be run by PVG’d HRFC Coaches and A&B Active Schools, with appropriate first aid qualified personnel in attendance.

We hope the camp will help players get back in to the rugby post the summer break, whilst getting fit, having fun and meeting new friends during it.

All proceeds from the camp will go towards delivering the camp and developing youth rugby within the club.

What to bring to the camp: Rugby Boots, Gum Shield, wet and warm weather training clothing pending on the weather, water bottle. In addition all players will be required to bring a packed lunch with them.

At Helensburgh Rugby Club we hope this new camp will be popular with our parents, players and members, any feedback from you is essential to develop the camp for the future. We are looking forward to seeing everyone down and helping players develop for the future.
